Hi there, Jasmine!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
It's so exciting that Disneyland Resort is open and once again welcoming Guests to The Happiest Place on Earth. I'm so happy for all of the Guests that are able to experience the magic first-hand!
At this time, during Disneyland's
phased reopening, only Guests that reside in the State of California are allowed to visit the theme parks. While this restriction could soon be lifted, at this time, Guests will be asked to provide proof of residency to obtain entry. In order to manage attendance, there is a new theme park reservation system in place. To enter a park, both a
theme park reservation and
valid admission for the same park on the same date are required. You'll be asked to confirm that all the members of your party are California residents when making your theme park reservation, and the mailing address in your online Disney account will need to be a California address.
Guests may be asked to provide proof of residency when they arrive at the main entrance on the day of their visit. A Government-issued photo ID would be my first recommendation, and a valid driving permit that shows a California address should serve that purpose. A Military ID or Student ID would also be acceptable.
I hope this helps with your planning, and you'll soon be enjoying the magic of a visit to Disneyland Resort!
