Driving my own car to Animal Kindom and have dinner reservations at 7:20pm at Grand Floridian. What is the best way to go to GF after a day at AK?

    Hi Melody,

I can't tell from your question if you are staying on property or not and which resort you are staying at if you are staying on property so I may not be able to give you the perfect answer.

I am one of those people that likes driving my own car unless I can take the monorail or a boat from my resort direct to my destination.  Since you are driving your car to Animal Kingdom, I'd drive to the Grand Floridian that way you'll have it to return to your resort or wherever you're staying that night and won't have to go back to Animal Kingdom to pick it up. I would not leave my car in the Animal Kingdom parking lot since it may be closed once you're finished with dinner.

Depending on where you are staying on property, you may have a chance to go back to your room and freshen up before dinner and driving yourself will safe you time.  If you're not staying on property you could always freshen up in the car.

If you are staying off property, driving your own car is the way to go. If you are staying on property and want more suggestions, let me know.  Wishing you many magical memories :-)
