WE are driving in from Las Vegas. We are purchasing the 4 day hopper through the Military Salute program through the Air Force ITT. How do I make those reservations. We will be in Disney World on July 5, 6, 7 & 8. Please advise and do I need to call

    Hi Mike! Welcome to planDisney.

Mine is also a military family, and we are so grateful for the fantastic military discounts that are available to us when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort. I’m so glad to hear you’re driving across the country for a visit with Mickey, and that you'll have some R&R in The Most Magical Place on Earth.

I’m glad you were able to purchase your Military Promotional Theme Park Tickets at the Air Force ITT. Your next step is to link the tickets to your My Disney Experience account. You likely either have actual plastic ticket cards or a paper exchange certificate. Either of these will work.

Log in to your My Disney Experience account and select “Tickets and Passes.” From there, select the “+” or “add” and then “Link Tickets & Passes.” Then, enter the ticket ID number. The ticket number usually appears on the back of your plastic ticket card or paper exchange certificate. If you have a plastic ticket card with a silver scratch-off area, gently scratch that off to reveal your full ticket number. When the system accepts your ticket ID, follow the steps to link the ticket to each Guest in your party. Follow those steps until each ticket is linked.

If you encounter issues linking your tickets, you’ll need to call the My Disney Experience help desk at (407) 939-4357. Sometimes the military tickets are tricky to link, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you. Please note that wait times are longer than usual right now, so I like to keep the phone on speakerphone while I multitask during hold times.

Once your tickets are linked, you will need to make Disney Park Pass reservations. I recommend doing that as quickly as you can, because Walt Disney World is operating at reduced capacity due to the phased reopening, and some theme parks have no availability on select days. You may check Disney Park Pass availability on this handy calendar.

Mike, you should be able to complete these steps without needing to call; I just recently linked military theme park tickets and made Disney Park Pass reservations for my June visit with good success.

Thank you for stopping by planDisney. If you have any further questions as you make your plans, please come back and see us. It’s always a pleasure to help a fellow military family with their Disney dreaming.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
    Robyn
