    Hello! We're going to be driving about 17 hours to arrive at Pop Century by 9 or 10 am. Is there a place to freshen up and change (so we can go to the park)? I assume we won't be able to go into our room until the afternoon. Thanks for your help!

    Hi Margaret - While you are certainly not guaranteed a room, there's a chance that you will get your room prior to check in time. 

    However, if you aren't given your room, you can use the rest rooms in the lobby or by the pools to freshen up and change.  Then, you can leave your bags with bell services (rather than your vehicle), and head out to the parks.  If you leave your cell phone number, they'll text you when your room is ready.
