We are driving and would like to eat at a resort we are not staying in. I understand guests have to pay to park overnight, but what if we are staying only a few hours to eat?

Hello Rose and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such an important question about your plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
Discovering new and interesting dining locations whilst enjoying my own Disney trips is a subject very close to my heart which is why I'm so very pleased to share that absolutely yes! all Guests may dine in any Disney Resort Hotel restaurant they wish - in fact I highly recommend that they do as there are so many delicious dining spots to try!
When not utilising Disney Resort Transportation and arriving by car to any Disney Resort Hotel simply provide the Cast Member Security Guard who greets you with a valid ID and details of your already made Advanced Dining Reservation - this allows Guests to enjoy a few hours complimentary self parking whilst they dine, shop and perhaps explore a new Disney Resort.
