Hi! We are driving to DW and plan to spend the day in the parks after checking out. Are we able to park our car complimentary at the park that day or should we leave it at the resort.

    Hi Chrissy!

Complimentary parking is one of the perks as a guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.  All of the Resort hotel perks and amenities are valid up until midnight on your check-out day, so you are more than welcome to drive your car and park for free at any park after you check-out.  We also like to use the Resort hotel pool on our check-out day for a little more Resort time.

We are local, so we always have a car.  While I do love using the complimentary transportation available, we drive ourselves wherever we are going on our last day before heading home.  You'll have your MagicBand scanned at the parking booths when you enter the parking lot to verify that you are a Resort hotel guest and then you'll be waved on through.

Please stop back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel for any additional questions you may have.

    Have a magical day!
