We're driving down to WDW from On, Canada 05/08/11 for a 6n7d stay. We're bringing our 6yo and 1yo, our 6yo made the trek with us 2 years ago,but it's our first time travelling that distance with a baby. Do you have any advice on how to keep her occupied?

    Hello my fellow Canadian!

I would definitely bring things she likes to play with.  Colouring, small toys, movies to watch, books you can read to her.  When she gets fidgety those would be good times to stop for a meal--get out of the car stretch your legs so she can run around.  Hopefully she will sleep/nap too.  If you and your husband are taking turns driving, you could drive through the night so that the kids can sleep and you can get some distance.
Make sure you pack a variety of healthy snacks as well.
Whatever she likes to do now, try to incorporate it into the car ride.  Talk about Disney or bring Disney books to show her some of the character she might see!
There might be some time in the car that will be tough but the end result will be your arrival at Disney and you will forget about the long car ride!!

You will have a fantastic vacation, enjoy every minute of it!
