We are driving down from Georgia, arriving at DW around 10 or 10:30 am . We're staying at the Boardwalk Inn. Which do you recommend: drive to Boardwalk Inn and wait for the bus or drive to Magic Kingdom parking lot?

Hi Deana! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

You are going to love staying at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn in a couple of days! On my family’s last vacation, we spent the second half of our stay there and absolutely loved how convenient it was to both Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios!

Guests of Disney Resort hotels have the amazing benefits of both complimentary parking at the theme parks, as well as Walt Disney World transportation. In order to get the complimentary parking benefit, you need to check into your Disney Resort hotel first. Even though you will be arriving prior to check-in time, you can still pre-register with the Front Desk and that will open up your benefits. Personally, I like stopping by my Disney Resort hotel first anyway to see if my room is ready early, so I can drop off my luggage if it is. After spending the day in the theme park, it is nice to not have to unpack after!

Once you are all checked in, it is your preference on utilizing the bus for Magic Kingdom Park or driving over in your vehicle. It tends to be a little quicker in your own vehicle, but it sure is nice to be able to just sit back and relax while someone else does the driving!

I hope this helps you plan your arrival day, Deana! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
