We are driving down and will be going to Disney for about 3 days. There are 6 adults and 2 toddlers. We are not staying at a Disney Hotel or Resort, just visiting the theme parks. Does DIsney offer a pre-purchase dining / meal plan or drink refill plan?

Hi, Jennifer!   Glad to hear you will be visiting Disney!

The Disney Dining Plan is only offered to those guests staying at a Disney Resort.    The Refillable Mugs that are available are only good for the resort they are purchased at (not good in the theme parks) so this will not work for you.

However, no matter where you stay, there is so much magic to be enjoyed!   The attractions, fireworks, parades, live shows and more!   You will have a fantastic time!

Although you cannot participate in the Dining Plan, you are still welcome to dine at all the amazing restaurants in the theme parks and hotels.   To make your Advance Dining Reservations, call (407)WDW-DINE.  Click HERE for a list of restaurants throughout Disney property.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
