HI! We are driving to Disney World for over a week with 2 small kids and TONS of luggage. When we get to our value resort will there be a luggage trolly WE (not have disney do it for us) can use to bring our stuff to the room and back again to unpack?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nina!

Congratulations, you’ll be starting off your new year at Walt Disney World Resort, how exciting!

Nina, you will find luggage carts near Bell Services at the Main Entrance of your Disney Resort hotel, which you are welcome to use for your luggage, rest assured.

Please note the check-in hour for your specific Disney Resort hotel and in the event your room is not ready, you may leave your luggage with Bell Services, or keep it in your car if you wish, until your Guest Room is ready. To expedite your check-in process at the Front Desk, you may complete your Disney Resort hotel Online Check-In 60 days before your stay, Nina.

Disney’s Planning for Kids resource contains valuable tips and information for planning your magical visit. You’ll find sample Theme Park Itineraries, suggestions for suitable attractions, rides, Disney Character greets and much more. Feel free to download the Parents’ Preschool Guide and bring it with you.

During your check-in at the Front Desk, be sure to ask for a Parking Pass which will grant you complimentary standard parking at all Disney Theme Parks and Resort hotels, as one of many Disney Resort hotel Guest benefits, Nina.

    Best Disney Wishes!
