We are driving to disney and staying on property. Is it easier to drive to the parks, between parks, and to dining reservations? My mom thinks buses will be faster/better. I have a 2 year old so we will probably be returning to hotel for naps. Thanks!

    Hi Bethann!

Would you believe that you are both correct???  While it is faster to drive to the parks and back, it is MUCH more convenient to take advantage of the Disney transportation system.  Considering that when you drive your own car to the Magic Kigndom, you will first need to park, then hop on the tram to the Ticket and Transportation Center, and then board a boat or monorail just to get to the front entrance, you will do a lot of walking.   All this while carrying along your two year old, the stroller and all of your other belongings, this can be quite a trek.  On the other hand, buses drop you right at the entrance!

A fantastic website to visit and check out the transportation time to and from each destination is OurLaughingPlace.com.  If you click on the "Transportation Wizard" you will find this amazing application.  Have a wonderful vacation!
