    Driving to Disney from Chattanooga.what is a good area to stay overnight before arriving at Disney the next afternoon? Traveling with four children and the entire drive is a little much.

    Hello there Doris!

    Driving from Chattanooga, Tennessee to Walt Disney World will take you roughly eight hours depending on traffic. It's  about the same distance that I have from South Carolina. I like to break it into two legs as well. The best is to try to divide it into two equal lengths which would put you somewhere between Macon and Tifton, Georgia.

    If you are planning to stay in a hotel room, I would check the travel sites to see which one has the best rates in that area. Tifton, Georgia has some nice hotels which are reasonably priced and it's right at the halfway point.

    The four hour drive into Florida should be nice and pleasant and the kids will be so excited when they arrive! I hope you have a fabulous vacation and if you have more questions, we are always here for you!
