Driving from CBR to MK on 5/6. Want to arrive for the welcome show. How much travel time should we plan for to make it on time? 1st trip to wdw and this panel has been a life saver. Thank you all.

Hello and welcome to the Moms Panel!

Wow!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner.  You and your family are about to experience what the MAGIC is all about.  Trust me, it will surround you every moment of your vacation.

I always recommend for guests to allow at least an hour to an hour and a half for travel time to any location within the Walt Disney World Resort.  You never know what the traffic will be like and you want to set some time aside to park and to walk to the park's entrance.  You do not want to find yourself rushing as this can be a very hectic start for your day.  Personally, I would allow for an hour and a half.  I would rather find myself waiting at the gates of the Magic Kingdom than sitting somewhere wishing I had left earlier.

Thank you so much for visiting the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to offer some great tips and advice.  May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.

~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"~
