When driving between AK park and OKW resort, is there another resort with a good QS food court we could stop at easily for dinner? Don't want to drive too far out of our way, but the park closes at 5, so might not be able to get dinner before leaving.

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is located very close to Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park, Kirsten.  The food court there is a favorite of many.  Unlike traditional food court guests, visitors to the Pepper Market are seated by a hostess.  You will then peruse the food stations to make your choices.  Menu options include Mexican favorites like nachos, fajitas and quesadillas.  You can also opt for sandwiches or grilled specialties like hamburgers or ribs.  You can interact with the chefs at each food station as your food is prepared.  You will get a stamp on a card for each selection and then you will pay at the close of your meal.  It's kind of like a mix between table and counter service.  It might be the perfect way to close your Animal Kingdom day.  Enjoy!
