Can you drive your vehicle to your cabin?

    Howdy Mary Neil!

Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is my favorite Walt Disney World Resort!  It's a great way to experience the magic of Disney in a slightly different way.  The cabins are so much fun and really make you feel at home.

Each cabin has the parking capacity for one vehicle.  There is a paved parking spot in front of each one.  Parking in and around Fort Wilderness is very limited and has a short time limit.  If you're heading to a location within the Resort, you'll need to take an internal bus use a rented golf cart, which I highly recommend.

Golf carts are rented by the day and make your time at the Fort extra enjoyable.  Not only are they allowed all over the campground, but there are designated cart parking areas anywhere you want to go.  One of our favorite activities to do while camping is to take a ride around each loop and check out all of the campsite decorations during the day and at night.  Some long-term residents go all out with lights and inflatables.  It's fantastic!  To make a reservation for a golf cart at Fort Wilderness, call (407) 824-2742.

    Have a magical day!
