Can we drive to Disney Springs or do we take the monorail or ferry to get there?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Cathy! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. I'm so glad you asked this, because Disney Springs is one of those places that feels a little mysterious transportation-wise until you've been there once. The good news is that getting there is actually very easy, and you have options!

You are absolutely welcome to drive to Disney Springs if that's what works best for you. Disney Springs has several parking garages and surface lots, and parking there is completely complimentary. Whether you're popping over for dinner, shopping, or just a stroll, you can come and go on your own schedule without worrying about a parking fee. It's one of the few places on property where that's the case, which is always a nice bonus!

If you're staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and would rather not drive, Disney has you covered there too. Complimentary bus transportation runs between all Disney hotels and Disney Springs throughout the day and evening. It's a very popular option and a relaxing way to get there without having to think about directions or traffic. Just keep in mind that Disney Springs isn't connected to the monorail or ferry systems, so buses or driving are really the way to go.

What I love most is that there's no “right” choice here. You can head to Disney Springs however it feels easiest for you, whether that is by car, by bus, dressed up for a night out or casually wandering in for a coffee and a little shopping. Disney Springs is designed to be flexible and welcoming, no matter how you arrive.

Cathy, whether you choose to drive yourself or hop on a Disney bus, you'll have a smooth trip and plenty of time to enjoy everything Disney Springs has to offer. I hope you have the most wonderful visit filled with great food, fun finds, and that special Disney atmosphere. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us. We're always available and more than happy to help here at planDisney!

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
