Since drinks and sides count as snack credit do you know if I can not get a drink or side at meal time and later use that credit for a snack????

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christiana. It sounds like you've got a vacation coming up where you'll be using the Disney Dining Plan! My family loves how the Dining Plan fits into our budget and lets us choose whatever we want to eat, and we use it almost every time we visit Walt Disney World Resort.

Another reason we love the Disney Dining Plan is because of how flexible it is, and you have a few different options when it comes to deciding how you want to use your Quick-Service meal credits. While you can't opt out of a drink or side when you use your dining credit and save it for later to use as a Snack credit, you can get a snack instead of a drink right then and there when you're using a Quick-Service entitlement. My husband and I do this when we're at our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and we can use our refillable mugs to get drinks! You can also use a Quick-Service credit to get three snacks at the same time, or visit the Front Desk of your Resort Hotel to convert that credit into three Snack credits that can be used separately at any time during your stay. We like to do this when we're spending the day at Epcot and want to snack our way around the 11 countries of World Showcase!

Have a magical day, Christiana, and happy snacking!
