I like dressing up, especially for theme parks and theme events. I also know there are rules about not dressing up in full costume for Guests. Will I be allowed in Black Spire Outpost if I wear a Jedi tunic without the outer robe?

    Bright Suns Daniel!

Outfits allow us to make our Disney adventure even more immersive. I am almost always Disney bounding or themed when I enter a theme park.

At Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge you will feel like you've traveled through hyperspace to an outpost of another world. Here you can drink Blue Milk, pilot the Millennium Falcon, and catch Rey revving up her ship. And talk about immersive- Rise of the Resistance is light years beyond any other theme park attraction in the universe.

The key to Disney bounding is to evoke an impression of a character and never to be mistaken for one. In Batuu, a Jedi tunic should be acceptable if it is clear you are a Guest and not a Cast Member. Keep your tunic on the short side to closely adhere to the dress code. Of course, the integral term in Theme Park Dress and Costume Guidelines is "guidelines" and they are subjective. What is allowed is dependent on the security personnel you encounter.

    May the spires keep you!
