    Can you dress up to Disneyland?

    Hiya Elizabeth,

    Welcome to planDisney! We love helping Guests like yourself prepare for their visits to Disneyland Resort! Visiting Disneyland is like getting a chance to step into your favorite Disney stories. I mean, nothing is more incredible than seeing Sleeping Beauty’s Castle up close.

    According to Disneyland Resort Rules, Guests over the age of 14 are not permitted to wear costumes in the theme parks (with the exception being Oogie Boogie Bash which has specific costume guidelines). That doesn’t mean that you can’t still represent your favorite characters. I love DisneyBounding! If you have never heard of it, I highly suggest searching for it online. It is a beautiful way to display your favorite characters without wearing a costume. There are also so many ideas and examples out there that something is bound to get your creative juices going. If you are attending Oogie Boogie Bash, check out their rules around costumes before attending as well!
