Hi Linda,
Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for asking us another great question, this time about one of my favourite subjects: Disney Dining!
I’ll absolutely own that I’m a massive foodie and that part of the reason why I love visiting Walt Disney World Resort so much is because of the amazing dining options that you’ll find throughout the Resort. We tend to splurge on at least one Fine or Signature Dining experience during each visit, usually on our “tried and true” favourites like
California Grill and
Topolino’s Terrace, but I also enjoy exploring new favourites, especially now with the news that
Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will be reopening in the next few weeks with a new menu.
As for dress codes at these locations, the answer depends on the specific restaurant itself. For example,
Tiffins Restaurant is located inside Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park, so there’s no dress code there, but Victoria & Albert’s does have one. You’ll find information about a Disney dining location’s dress code on each individual restaurant’s page. As a general rule, if the restaurant is located in a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, then the general dress code is that a Guest’s clothing should “respect” the restaurant’s more sophisticated and upscale aesthetic. This means that clothing should be neat, clean and in good condition and that no swimwear is allowed.
I’ve dined in almost every
Fine/Signature Dining location, so if you have any questions about specific restaurants, please don’t hesitate to come back and see me. I’d be happy to help guide you a little bit more if you have a location in mind!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
