Hi Andrea and welcome to planDisney!
Dining at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite things to do and there are so many fantastic restaurants all around the theme parks and
Disney Resort hotels to choose from! Since we are Florida residents and live close to the magic, we often just drive over to have lunch or dinner at one of our favorite restaurants or when we want to try something new. We popped over to
Disney's Hollywood Studios last weekend to try the brand new restaurant,
Roundup Rodeo BBQ, and it was fantastic!
Topolino's Terrace - Flavors of the Riviera is a great choice for dinner at Disney! Did you know Topolino is the name for Mickey Mouse in Italian? Dinner at Topolino's is considered Signature Dining, therefore there is a dress code in place. I like to call it "resort casual", but that means no swimwear, preferably no casual shorts, and no t-shirts, especially with anything offensive on them. You'll be fine with khaki pants, polo or dress shirts, skirts, and dresses. Jeans are acceptable as well as long as they are not torn.
I just know you're going to love your meal at Topolino's. My favorite dish that I always get is the Rigatoni. The braised chicken is always so juicy and flavorful, so you can't go wrong with the pasta. My son loves a good steak, so it's great that there is a Petit Beef Filet on the kids menu there. Care for an adult beverage? I love the French Rose cocktail. It's the perfect drink to savor at the end of a long day.
Dining reservations open 60 days in advance, so it looks like your reservation window is opening up soon for your visit in June. Have an idea of where you would like to eat if you're looking at more than just Topolino's so you're ready to go when the reservations open.
Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
