Going on the Dream, want to know what Cabanas is like for dinner. Want to go for the 4th night, can you eat at any time,is there usually a wait to eat, dress code? also, if we eat at 6PM at Cabanas(we have late seating)can we go to the later show that night

    Ahoy Cari!

Cabanas is really nice for dinner.  A bit more laid back than the dining rooms, but just as yummy!

Here is what Disney Cruise Line says about Cabanas:

Dinner times at Cabanas vary daily, so please check the Personal Navigator—the Disney Cruise Line daily newsletter detailing all there is to see and do—for specific dates and times while onboard.   If you have your dinner at 6, you have plenty of time to see the late performance which usually starts around 8:15pm.  There are no reservations so you can come in whenever you'd like after it opens.  there usually is no wait.

If you're looking to dine under the stars and enjoy the warm night breezes during dinner, or perhaps you just prefer a more casual setting inside with an ocean view, you're invited to dine at Cabanas in place of a Main Dining restaurant any night of your cruise. Bedecked in linen tablecloths and napkins, Cabanas is a more elegant affair at dinner than earlier in the day.

Boasting a selection of tantalizing favorites, Cabanas offers fine food for everyone in your family during a delightful 4-course meal. Although subject to change, dinnertime menu items include signature dishes from the Main Dining restaurants and casual dining specials.

    Dress Code
The dress code for dinner at Cabanas is cruise casual. However, you are requested to not wear tank tops, swim wear or shorts at dinnertime

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!  Have a magical sailing!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
