    I have been dreaming about going to Disneyland for my 25th birthday in October and now I'm nervous I won't be able to get tickets. Are there any updates about scheduling/reserving tickets for planned Disneyland trips in 2020?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for your question. 

    Celebrating your birthday at “The Happiest Place on Earth!” sounds like a wonderful plan! I usually like to celebrate my birthday at the parks with a complimentary birthday button from Guest Relations and a Dole Whip from the Tiki Juice Bar! Alas, my birthday was last month so I’ll be celebrating a very merry unbirthday once the parks have opened up again. But, I have high hopes that you’ll have better luck in October! 

    As you may have heard, it was recently announced that the Disneyland Resort is delaying the previously planned Phased Reopening of Theme Parks. As a result, new ticket sales are currently paused. I believe that more information about when Guests will be allowed to purchase tickets and make reservations will be released after the re-opening plans are announced. In the meantime, make sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for the latest updates and announcements. You’ll find all the breaking news there first! 

    My fingers are crossed that your dream will come true and you’ll ring in your 25th year of life at the Disneyland Resort!
