Hi Stephanie!
Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel. You'll love cruising on the beautiful Disney Dream - you're sure to make wonderful memories on your magical vacation!
Traveling with little ones can be tricky - I've been there, done that! It's especially tricky if you have a light sleeper and everyone is sleeping in one room. The good news is, Disney Cruise Line
staterooms were designed with families in mind! In most staterooms, there's a queen size bed, and a sofa that converts into a bed. In the center is a heavy curtain that divides the two. When our daughters were little, we had the oldest sleep on the sofa-bed (you can request bed rails if you need them), and we had a Pack-n-Play for the baby in the same section. We plugged in a sound machine, closed the curtain, and they both slept really well. If you're concerned about them waking each other up, an adult could always opt for the sofa bed. The split bath isn't big enough to fit the Pack-n-Play inside.
Make sure to note on your reservation that you'd like to have a Pack-n-Play, and, if you like, bed rails in your stateroom. Your stateroom host/hostess will come in each night and have it set up for your little cruisers! You can also request for them to leave them set up for nap time as well.
Hopefully you can find a sleeping arrangement that works for your family. With all the fun you'll be having during the day, your little buccaneers should be tired and ready for some shut-eye at night!
I hope you have a wonderful voyage on the Disney Dream! - Diane W.
