Hi, Nancy! I’m so glad you cruised over to planDisney with your question.
While I haven’t yet been on a transatlantic voyage, I have been on two Disney European sailings and dream of a third! I loved the seaside towns, iconic landmarks, and rich history. I hope you take a few days before your cruise to explore Europe.
Your itinerary is not listed as a
Halloween on the High Seas Cruise. This means the ship will not be decorated or have other holiday offerings found on those special-themed sailings. Don’t worry; there will be no shortage of fun!
My friend and fellow panelist Adrianna shared that her transatlantic voyage featured boat building, hide-and-seek with the ship's officers, a crew talent show, and special guest lectures, among other unique offerings. The themed nights for your cruise should be released about four to five months before your voyage. As we get closer to your sail date, you can revisit planDisney, and we can share the suggested dining attire and themed nights with you.
Your family will have such a wonderful time exploring the Disney Dream. My family never misses an opportunity to help Captain Mickey solve a crime with the
Midship Detective Agency. This self-guided game is a great way to work together as you explore the ship. Your mission will take you from bow to stern, interacting with different pieces of magical artwork. It’s self-paced, so you can enjoy a ride on the
AquaDuck or a round of
miniature golf and pick up right where you left off!
SEAS the adventure!
