Welcome back to planDisney, Carrie! It's great to have you back with another question!
How exciting to be celebrating a birthday on board. I can't think of a better way to spend a birthday than on a Disney Cruise with friends or family. Ordering a treat from
Vanellope's Sweets and Treats is a sweet way to commemorate the special occasion. In general, yes, you can order a treat from Vanellope's and ask that it be delivered to your dining room table. You will need to inquire once you are on the ship for specifics. I believe that you can order it in advance, but you'll need to check with the Crew Members, as policies can change, and I want to steer you in the correct direction! When you place your order, you'll need to provide your dining time, table number, and the main dining room you will be visiting the evening of your requested delivery.
Your table number and dining rotation will be easy to locate within the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are onboard your Disney Cruise. The app is also where you will find the Daily Activity Schedule, where you can scroll through and see all the fun planned for your sailing. If there are any activities listed that you don't want to miss, click the heart icon next to those listings. If you allow notifications from the app, you'll receive a notification message about 15 minutes before the activity is set to begin.
One last tip, Carrie, is that you can search through the
Onboard Gifts selection for birthday decor and other fun gift ideas that can be delivered to your stateroom on embarkation day. Most Onboard Gifts need to be ordered at least three days before you set sail, while cakes and cupcakes must be ordered at least a week before your cruise date. I hope you have the most magical birthday celebration on board!
Please sail back to us again, anytime. It's a pleasure to help.
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
