Will the Dream lights on Cinderella's Castle still be up and turned on without the show for a few days after December 31st?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stephanie!

I hope you are getting excited, your vacation is almost here! I'm heading to my "happy place" tomorrow, so I'm excited to be helping a guest who will be enjoying a vacation at the same time.

I have magical news! Cinderella Castle Dream Lights will be delighting crowds through the first weekend of January - so you won't miss this spectacular view! Walt Disney World® Marathon Weekend begins January 3rd and Disney quickly learned runners love to see Cinderella Castle in all her icicle glory as the course turns down Main Street USA at around mile 5.5. I'll be participating in my 7th Marathon Weekend and can say without a doubt that all theme park Christmas decorations will be left in place until the conclusion of the New Year holiday and runDisney's premier race weekend.

I truly hope this puts you in a festive mood, Stephanie! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly with any additional last-minute questions you may have. I will be available to help make your Yuletide plans magical until December 31st.

    Happy New Year!
