Hello there, Juliana! Welcome back to planDisney. Thanks for sailing to us again with another question.
I'd love to help you as you prepare to set sail from Barcelona next spring. You can look forward to excellent weather, delicious food, and a vibrant atmosphere in Spain. When it comes to booking your travel accommodations, you are welcome to book your hotel on your own. Some guests prefer to leave all of the travel plans to Disney Cruise Line. You can have a friendly agent book your airfare, hotel stay, and
ground transfers if you'd like. It's up to you, depending on how involved you'd like to be in the details of your vacation.
You are welcome to
call Disney Cruise Line and ask about the hotel prices and compare to see if you'll receive a better rate when booking with Disney. If you'll be utilizing a Disney Cruise Line ground transfer between the resort and the port, one benefit is an early Port Arrival Time. You will not be asked to choose a Port Arrival Time during Online Check-In, and you will receive email communication about 48 hours before your departure date with instructions on when and where to meet your transportation to the port.
Juliana, we'll be here for you if you have additional questions. It's a pleasure to help!
Happy Planning,
Adrianna
