I was on the Dream from 5/12/25-5/16/25 from Ft. Lauderdale. I can’t find my pictures that I paid for on board. Where do I find them?

Ahoy, Sheila! Welcome to planDisney! Now that you're back on land, I'm sure you're anxious to download, share, and print those magical vacation moments captured onboard the Disney Dream, so let's bring your question into focus and see what develops!

Sheila, to find your photos, you'll want to visit Disney Cruise Line Photos and sign into your account. Once you're signed in, you should see all of the photos that you purchased while on your sailing and have the option to download them directly to your computer or other device. Keep in mind that your photos will be available to download up to 45 days from the date of capture, so be sure to save them all before those memories fade away!

Sheila, my family just sailed on the Disney Wish last month, and I've really enjoyed looking back at our pictures also. This was a great reminder for me to be sure I've saved them all so we can always have those moments to look back on the magic of Disney Cruise Line!

If you have any other questions, Sheila, come back and see us anytime at planDisney
