    A have a dream key. I went to the parks on 9/11/21. When I try to mobile order the discount never appears at checkout! How do I fix this?

    Congratulations on the purchase of your Dream Key! By now, the Magic Key program is in full swing and members have been enjoying their time in the parks. On your next visit, I highly recommend that you head over to The Starcade over in Tomorrowland. It’s exclusive for Magic Key holders and it has a few photo opportunities including some to commemorate the Haunted Mansion! It is such a fun little spot and perfect to cool off for a bit before heading to your next attraction!
     
    Mobile Ordering has been a game changer for my family. Ordering your favorite meal, snack or treat has never been easier. I am sorry to hear that you have not been receiving your Magic Key discount when ordering food. I’m wondering if you’ve gone all the way to the final step as it won’t show your discount until the final step of purchasing. I’m also wondering if you purchased your Magic Key Pass at the ticket booths and haven’t loaded it into your Disney Account yet. If it’s not one of these two options you’re going to want to call and see if there may be an issue that needs to be fixed.
