    Going on the Dream June 20-24 then heading to CBR for a total of 4 nights. 2 nights on 1 reservation for a soccer program at ESPN. Next 2 nights are through a group res with a dance group. I would like to avoid changing rooms if possible. Any thoughts?

    Sounds like some fun times you have planned for the end of June this year!

    I understand your concern about the 2 reservations and not wanting to have to change rooms during your stay. What I would recommend that you do is to call Resort Reservations at (407) 939-7675. Have both of your reservation numbers handy when you call. On EACH of the reservations, ask the Cast Member you speak with you make a notation on your file of the other reservation, indicating that you prefer not to have to change rooms.

    Upon check in under the first reservation, make sure to remind the Front Desk Cast Member that you are on property for 4 nights, with a second reservation for the second 2 nights, so they can make sure of the notation once again. At the end of your first 2-night stay, visit the front desk again first thing in the morning to do your 'check out' of the first reservation and 'check in' for the second stay as you will quite likely require new Key To The World Cards for the second stay.

    With the notations on your files and the reminder to the front desk Cast Members, you can be assured that they will do everything possible to ensure a smooth and continuous stay for you. It cannot be guaranteed unfortunately, but rest assured that the wonderful Walt Disney World Cast Members will do all that they can to meet your requests if they can!
