    My dream is finally coming true! My 10 year old son and I are planning our first trip to Disney the beginning of 2016. I'm trying my best to budget but would like a must do list for activities that cost extra and how much they are.

    Hello Audrey!

    I’m so excited you will be visiting Walt Disney World with your son! Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week. My middle son is 10 and I asked him which activities were his favorite to try to give you a little insight from his point of view.

    First off, his two favorite parks are Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. At Epcot he love the attractions Mission to Space and Test Track and his favorite spot to cool off is the Test Track Cool Wash with Coca Cola slushies.

    Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, if you need him, he’s riding Star Tours® – The Adventures Continue 153 times in a row. Okay, that might be an exaggeration, but not by much! That is hands down, his favorite attraction in all of Walt Disney World.

    The only “extra” that we budget for is a trip to Downtown Disney to visit DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park. He loves the video games and the virtual versions of some of his favorite park attractions.
