    Dream cruise booked for Nov. 10, just added 2 nights at AKL before then added DCL ground transport from hotel to port and from port to MCO after cruise. Will ground transport know to pick us up at AKL? All was booked separately.

    You've booked my very favorite kind of vacation - a Land and Sea adventure. To me, there's nothing more exciting than going from Cinderella castle to sand castles in one fun vacation! You're going to be sailing during Disney Cruise Line's Very Merrytime Cruises - what a wonderful way to get in the holiday spirit!

    I'm happy to hear you'll be taking advantage of Disney Cruise Line ground transfers. Disney transportation provides a seamless transition from your Walt Disney World Resort to the Disney Cruise ships. On the night before your cruise, you'll receive a letter in your resort room with details about your ground transfers. The Bell Services Team at your resort will begin luggage pick-up around 8:00 am on the morning of your sailing. Simply tag your bags with the Disney Cruise Line luggage tags (provided) and leave them inside the door of your room. Your luggage will be collected from the room - no need to drag your bags all the way to the lobby! Your letter will tell you when and where to meet on the morning of your cruise, and a motorcoach departure time.

    To make sure DCL has all of your vacation information linked, call Disney Cruise Line at 1-800-951-3532. Make sure to have your reservation information and confirmation numbers on hand. If, for some reason, you don't receive a letter with transportation information in your room the night before you sail, simply call Guest Services at your resort.
