    In Downtown Disney, is there transportation to take you from the west side to other areas? If not, how long would it take you to walk from one end of Downtown Disney to the other? Also, how far is Cirque from when the bus drops you off? Its our first trip!

    Hi Kayla! You can take the Disney Ferry Boat to and from the West Side, Pleasure Island and Marketplace within Downtown Disney. Disney Bus Transportation has two stops at Downtown Disney, Marketplace and Pleasure Island. 

    I can honestly say that I do not know how long it would take to walk from one side of Downtown Disney to the other, because, I always stop at a shop along the way. It is very hard to resist window shopping or making a purchase or two. I can make a good guess that it might take about 30 minutes or so to walk briskly from one side to the other, but again, that is a guess. LOL!

    The Pleasure Island bus stop is mid-Downtown Disney and the walk to Cirque du Soleil is about 5 - 10 minutes depending on your pace. I would recommend arriving early for the Cirque du Soleil, so that you can enjoy all that Downtown Disney has to offer. It is a "must do" for me and my family on every Walt Disney World vacation. Enjoy!
