Is Downtown Disney easy to get to from the park area? We are planning on spending the day at Disney Adventure and then thinking about going to Downtown Disney for dinner. Is this doable or too much walking after a day of walking?

Hi there, Jillian, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you’ve been enjoying your magical getaway to the Disneyland Resort!

Yes, I’m happy to report that Downtown Disney District is just a few steps away from Disney California Adventure Park and Disneyland Park, so it shouldn’t be a problem for you to eat dinner in Downtown Disney District after a day in either theme park. That’s one of my favorite things about the Disneyland Resort – everything is so close! All three Disneyland Resort Hotels are easily accessible from the theme parks as well. So it’s easy to immerse yourself in the magic of the Disneyland Resort as soon as you arrive!

After a day in the parks, my family enjoys eating dinner at Naples Ristorante e Bar. In fact, it’s one of our favorite spots for lunch or dinner. We love starting with their Caprese, then sharing a Classic Cesare, their delicious Spaghetti, and huge family-style Wood-fired Authentic Pizza Napoletana! My mouth is watering just thinking about it!

If you’re craving a burger and fries, head on over to Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes for the ultimate comfort food! Their signature CrazyShake milkshakes are truly one-of-a-kind! There’s even a special window you can order CrazyShakes from if you decide to share one for dessert!

Wishing you many magical adventures at the Happiest Place on Earth, Jillian!

My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! Learn More About Kristin
