    downloading photos from memory maker. I edited photos by adding frames or stickers to some. No edits save with photos. I have done this from an iPhone & from iPad. both have the latest version of app. I’ve read others having same issue! Help!

    Glad to hear you have the latest version of the My Disney Experience mobile app installed on your devices, that’s a good first step! In my experience, if you’re wanting to add a frame or sticker to your Disney PhotoPass photo, first you’ll want to select the photo and make your edits. Once done, you’ll want to click the checkmark in the lower right corner. When you click that checkmark, you should see a message telling you that your device is “Exporting the Image” and then it should save to your device. 

    You’ll want to double check in your device's gallery, but your photo should be saved with the frame or stickers you selected. From what I’ve seen, if you don’t use that checkmark after editing and happen to go back to your picture’s prior page, your edit won’t save when downloaded.
