Hi Rachel,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! I love stopping by the Disney PhotoPass photographers to get vacation photos while I’m at Walt Disney World Resort. And before every trip I make sure to check the
Disney Parks Blog for any new
MagicShots and where to find them in the theme parks.
To find your Disney PhotoPass photos, log in to your My Disney Experience on a computer. Hover over “My Disney Experience” in the top right of the page and a drop-down menu should appear. Click on “My Photos.” This will take you to a collection of your photos received through attractions and Disney PhotoPass photographers. You can scroll through your photos and select the ones you’d like to download again, or once you select a single photo, you’ll see the option to “Select All Visible Media” which will select all the photos at once. If you are looking for specific photos, you can also filter by location or sort by date. Once you have selected the photos you’d like to download, click “Download.”
Rachel,
Disney PhotoPass photos expire 45 days from the date they were taken. If it has been longer than 45 days, you may be able to purchase an expiration extension through the Disney PhotoPass website. If you need further assistance, you may call the number listed under “
Disney PhotoPass” to speak to a Cast Member.
Did you know that Guests who have purchased
Memory Maker can create
Disney PhotoPass Video Memories using their vacation PhotoPass photos? You can choose from several templates and select which PhotoPass photos you’d like to add. Then you can customize it with stickers and music and download the finished product to share with your friends.
I hope this helps you retrieve your vacation photos, Rachel. If you have any future planning questions, please
come see me again at planDisney!
