    I have downloaded my photos from Memory Maker but they are all mixed up. How can I have them in the order that they were taken. I have tried Memory Maker FAQ but have no answer Are you able to point me in the right direction. Thanks

    Hello Philip and thank you for bringing such a great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
    Having used Memory Maker myself during past Disney trips I know how much pleasure my family had when we arrived back home and downloaded all our holiday snaps and re-lived the fun we'd shared at Walt Disney World Resort!
    I'm not quite sure as to why your Memory Maker pictures aren't showing up in the date order in which they were taken.
    I've done a little research on your behalf and you may find it useful to;
    - check out the Memory Maker Help and Support page.
    - speak with a Cast Member by calling 407 560 4300
    - or perhaps email your query to disneyphotopass_support @disneyworld.com
    I hope I've been able to assist you in some small way.
    Have a great Disney day.
    - Jane
