I have downloaded mine and my family's tickets on to my app. But my husband and daughter are unable to download on to their app on their own phone. Is this because I have already downloaded on to my phone? Do I need to delete them off my app

Hey there, hi there, ho there Michelle! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by with your question. It sounds like you’re planning an incredible trip to Walt Disney World Resort how exciting!

You do not need to delete the tickets from your My Disney Experience app. The reason your husband and daughter can't see the tickets on their own phones is likely because the tickets are currently managed under your account. If you purchased the tickets and assigned them through your Family & Friends list, then you are the one managing their plans.

To allow your husband and daughter to access their tickets independently, they will each need to have their own My Disaney Disney accounts, if they haven't created them already, then adding them to your Friends & Family list. I would next suggest connecting your account to theirs on their own devices. This will allow you to manage all your plans from your own account while still being able to share reservation plans and tickets with everyone in your party. Your husband and daughter will be able to see all plans including Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets and Lightning Lane Selections.

Once they have those accounts set up, you can go into your app, tap on your profile, and view your Family & Friends list. If it says that you manage their plans, you'll need to select their names and choose the option to share plans with them. This will prompt you to enter the email address associated with their Disney account. They will receive an invitation to connect. Once they accept, they will be able to view their tickets and plans in their own My Disney Experience apps.

You do not need to remove the tickets from your app. Even after the tickets are visible on their devices, you will all still be able to see and manage plans together.

Michelle, I hope this helps you feel prepared as you continue planning your Disney adventure! If you have any more questions along the way, we’re always here to help. Wishing you all a magical and memorable trip!
