I downloaded the My Disney Experience app to use the magic mobile app for our tickets. I purchased my ticket and for one guest. I have added the tickets to my own mobile wallet. How can I send or make sure they can use their pass on their own device?

    Hi Kristina, welcome to planDisney!

Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation countdown calendar just happens to coincide with my kids' summer countdown. I highly recommend "Soarin' into summer" on the following attractions: Soarin' Around the World at EPCOT, Dumbo the Flying Elephant at Magic Kingdom park, Millennium Falcon: Smuggler's Run at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Avatar Flight of Passage at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park.

Valid admission, a theme park reservation for each person for each park day, and a method of entry are currently required for theme park entry. A Disney MagicMobile pass serves as your method of entry. As long as valid admission and a theme park reservation are linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can head straight to the theme park entrance.

The fact that you were able to create a Disney MagicMobile pass for your Guest tells me that you are currently managing their plans in My Disney Experience. If the other member of your party does not wish to have their own My Disney Experience account and you both have eligible iPhones, you can share their MagicMobile pass with them in the My Disney Experience mobile app by following these steps:

    1. Click on the three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen.
    2. Click on "Disney MagicMobile."
    3. Click "Select Passes to Share."
    4. Select your friend's pass and "Share via Messages."
    5. Click "Share Pass."
    6. Enter your friend's name in the "To:" field and click the arrow to send, just like you do when you're sending them a text message.
    7. Have your friend click "Add" directly from the iMessage, which will add their MagicMobile pass to their Apple Wallet.

If you or your friend do not have an eligible iPhone, they can use another method of park entry (MagicBand or admission card) or use the MagicMobile pass on your phone at park entry, Lightning Lane entrances, etc.

If your friend wants to have their own My Disney Experience account, the following should happen in your My Disney Experience mobile app after they create their account:

    1. Click the three small lines at the bottom right of the home screen --> scroll down to "My Profile" and click the "Family and Friends List" tab.
    2. Click your Guest's name on your Family and Friends list.
    3. Underneath the "Share Plans" heading, click "Send Email."
    4. Enter the email address associated with your Guest's My Disney Experience account.
    5. Have your friend accept the email invitation that was sent, at which point any plans you made for them will be automagically transferred to their account.
    6. Have your friend access "Disney MagicMobile" from their My Disney Experience app to view/create their Disney MagicMobile pass and add it to their digital wallet.

I understand this was a lot of tech talk, Kristina. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any follow-up questions.

    Plan magic; planDisney.
