    I have downloaded the My Disney Experience app to both an Apple phone and Samsung Android. When looking at attractions the Android phone shows the waiting times but the Apple phone (ios 9.3.2) doesn't. Any ideas why ??? Thanks

    Hi David! I am so sorry you are having issues with the My Disney Experience app. Things are constantly changing at Walt Disney World and thus the app has to make these updates constantly as well. I think everyone has had issues at one point but the benefits have far out weighed the small amount of frustration when a glitch happens.

    I cannot manage my Magic Bands through the app. I can do this by going to www.waltdisneyworld.com and then signing in to my MDE account. Try this and see if that helps with your wait time issue. You might also try deleting and then downloading the app once again. If you have tried everything please feel free to contact the help support cast members at 407-939-4357. Sometimes it takes time but usually they can get your glitch figured out and fixed.
