Hi Stacy,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Stacy, there isn’t a specific spreadsheet, but I can point you toward some resources on the Walt Disney World Resort website as well as share how I like to plan my family’s vacations.
One really great resource is the
Tickets & Visit Guide! On it, you’re able to see the different types of tickets and options you’ll have. You’re also able to see the Parks all on one screen to see some of the highlights from each and the types of attractions that might be fun for your party. This guide is a great starting point so you and your guests can start thinking about how you’d like to spend your vacation.
Next, you want to think about how often you’d like to be in the Parks and where you’d like to stay. To help with this, from the
homepage, you can “Build Your Vacation”. This allows you to enter your dates and choose a hotel and your tickets all in one package. When I’m looking to book, I like to compare all that’s available and see what might work best for me at that time, so definitely take a look at all the properties that are available!
After you’ve booked your hotel and have your tickets, you’ll want to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations. At this time, each guest in the party needs a Park reservation in addition to their ticket for entry. This is why the first step (thinking about how you’d like to spend your vacation) is so important because you’ll be able to easily think about the Parks you’d like to visit. I highly suggest that you book these in advance; the closer you get to your dates, the less availability there may be. So, it’s really important to do this as soon as possible, so you're that much closer to the magic!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful in helping you start the planning process. If you have any other vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
