    Hello. How can we download and purchase the ride videos from our photo pass account? We see how to with the pictures however we dont get them same options with the videos. Thank you Terri

    Hi Terri!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for visiting us with your great question about downloading Disney PhotoPass service photos and videos.

    Terri, at the present time, Disney PhotoPass video downloads are only available to Guests with a Memory Maker entitlement associated to their My Disney Experience account. You’ll be able to view your attraction videos in the My Disney Experience mobile app or at MyDisneyPhotoPass.com; however, an active Memory Maker or Memory Maker One Day entitlement is required to download and share them with friends and family.

    You will however be able to purchase all of your Disney PhotoPass photos if you wish to do so!

    For future reference, you can learn more about Memory Maker by visiting this link. Memory Maker is one of the Walt Disney World Resort “add-ons” that I recommend to all of my friends and family. It offers an incredible value!
