how do I download my "plans" and then print out the PDF

    Hi Patricia,

Welcome to planDisney. We're so glad you stopped by with a question today. I know you must be so excited that your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is just a few short days away! It sounds like you have a number of magical plans on the horizon and I'm happy to help make sure you can easily keep track of all the fun.

If you'd like to print a physical copy of your itinerary head on over to the Walt Disney World website and hover over "My Disney Experience" at the top right of your screen. From there, scroll to select "My Plans," and sign in to view your existing hotel, dining, and theme park reservations. The website doesn't offer the ability to download a separate PDF of your plans, but you can still print your daily itinerary by right-clicking your mouse and selecting "Print" from the menu. You can either print right from this screen or change the print destination to "Save as a PDF" if you prefer to print at a later time. You'll just want to be sure to change the settings to Landscape instead of the default Portrait setting. You can also adjust the scale to reduce the number of pages. My pal Kaitlin also shared some helpful tips that work for her family.

Though you might enjoy having a printed hard copy of your plans, you'll also be able to view and manage your daily itinerary from the My Disney Experience Mobile App. This will not only allow you to view your dining reservations, tickets, park hours, and theme park reservations each day, but you can also use the app to view attraction wait times, make Lightning Lane selections with the purchase of Disney Genie+ Service, view your Disney PhotoPass photos and even place Mobile Food and Beverage Orders. I also really love using the app to find directions and estimated travel times between different locations on property. The app will even navigate in real-time as I walk from point A to point B. So helpful, especially when you're looking for the quickest route from one attraction to another, or the best way to save some steps as you walk to your next dining reservation.

I hope this helps you streamline your plans each day, Patricia. If we can offer any further assistance or recommendations to improve your experience please stop back and let us know.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
