how to download pictures from my photo pass

Hello Dianna, and welcome to planDisney!

I am sure that you are still shimmering in Pixie Dust since you have returned home from your fabulous trip. I am so glad you found us and brought your question to us here at planDisney. I would be happy to help you download your precious vacation photos.

Memory Maker is a great product because it allows everyone to get into the picture and out from behind the camera. Disney’s PhotoPass Photographers will capture magical moments with you and your favorite Disney Characters in front of the most iconic landmarks on the planet.
    .
There are 2 ways that you can download your photos with an active Memory Maker. I like to use the My Disney Experience mobile app to download photos that I am going to share on social media because I can save them from the app to my device. To access your photos open the mobile app and scroll down to where you see your photos or tap the more icon [3 horizontal lines] and select the Photos button. You can select a photo to edit with stickers or a decorative frame before downloading it to your device.

If you would like to download all your photos at once, you will need to sign in to My Disney Experience on a computer or laptop and select the My Photos tab. You will see your PhotoPass gallery. If you select Include Family & Friends, you will also see the photos of family & friends who are sharing their PhotoPass Photos with you. To download all of your precious core memories all at once, scroll to the bottom of the page until you reach the end of your photo gallery. Select one photo by tapping the top right corner of the photo. Scroll up to the top of the page and check the box to Select all visible media. Click on the Download button to begin the download process. Your photos will be saved to a zip file in the folder where you store your downloads. Remember to download all your photos before they expire. Photos are available for 45 days from the date they were taken.

There are several PhotoPass products available to preserve your photos. You could purchase an Archive DVD or Archive USB flash drive. I always purchase the DVD as a backup to my photos in case something were to happen to my computer. This will allow you to keep your memories for years to come.

If you need any help planning your next vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort, please come back and visit us again soon.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
