Hi there, Krystle!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question about
Disney PhotoPass Service!
As a family of two, my husband and I are regular subjects for the Disney PhotoPass photographers scattered throughout Walt Disney World's theme parks and Disney Resort hotels. It's so rare to capture vacation photos with your entire travel party, and I love that Disney PhotoPass makes this not only possible but convenient!
While your Disney PhotoPass photos are available through the My Disney Experience app, in my opinion, it's not the most efficient place to download all of your photos. Don't get me wrong, Krystle, you will regularly find me scrolling through my photos in the app. It's a super convenient place to reminisce and even download a few select photos to post to social media or make my lock screen, but when attempting to download your
PhotoPass gallery, it is a much more efficient process to complete using your web browser.
To begin, you'll need to log in to your
MyDisney account from your preferred browser and navigate to 'My Photos' under the 'My Disney Experience' heading on the right side of the screen. This will direct you to the Disney PhotoPass site where you will click 'View Gallery'. Once your gallery has populated you will be able to select an individual photo by clicking on the checkmark that appears when you hover over the photo. When you have selected one photo from your gallery, you’ll see a checkbox appear under the 'Filter By' bar that says 'Select all visible media'. After checking that box I typically scroll down to the bottom of the page to ensure all of my photos were selected before clicking the 'Download' button. Once you've selected download, all of your selected photos should be saved on your device. Just like magic! If you have any issues completing the download, you will likely need to disable your browser's pop-up blocker and try again.
If you're anything like me, scrolling through your photos will inevitably have you planning your return to The Most Magical Place on Earth. As you plan, be sure to check out the
Walt Disney World website's Special Offers page where you'll find a list of ways to save on upcoming visits. Whether I'm saving on theme park tickets, dining, or a Disney Resort hotel stay, saving money on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation feels a bit like magic!
I hope this helps you secure your magical memories, Krystle! If you need any additional assistance with the process, feel free to
reach back out. I'm always happy to help!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
