Is there any way to download ALL of my photos at once from my Memory Maker page (I have about 450 and so far, it seems I have to select each one individually for download, then download it, and move on to the next). PLEASE help!!! Thanks so much!

    Greetings Kristen!

Wow! You really know how to make the most of Disney's PhotoPass Service and your Memory Maker entitlement. 450 photos is quite impressive!

You definitely should be able to download all of them at one time. When you are logged into the Disney PhotoPass main page to view your photo library, there should be a link on the top right (under your shopping cart) that says, "Download Photos." You should be able to click it, you'll then be prompted to save and have to choose where on your computer to save the files and then it will show up under your "My Downloads." It make take a few files since you have so many photos, but will still be much better than just downloading them one-by-one.

I hope this works for you, Kristen, but if you're still having trouble here are a couple of links to Disney's PhotoPass Help & Support and Memory Maker Help. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please send us another question.
