Hiya Anne,
Welcome to planDisney! With two Mouseketeers under three, I am constantly taking photos; they are growing up so fast, and photos allow me to freeze the memories for years to come. I just downloaded photos from my most recent vacation to Disney World, and looking at all the photos brought all the magic flooding back.
Now, let’s look at getting all of your memories saved from your recent adventure. If you’ve been using the
app to view your photos, you will need to switch to the
Disney PhotoPass website instead. Unfortunately, I haven’t figured out an easy way to download all your photos through the app without doing it one at a time. Once on the Disney PhotoPass website, you will be prompted to log in with your Disney account information. Log in, and you will see a gallery of all your available photos. Select the gray checkmark in the corner of one of your photos (it doesn’t matter which one if you plan to download them all). Once the gray checkmark turns green, scroll to the top of your screen (under the header) and click the checkbox for “Select all visible media” (all photos should have the green checkmark now). Once you’ve done that, click “Download” above the checkbox, and all of your images should download as a zip file!
I hope this was helpful, Anne and you are able to download all your photos. If you have any technical difficulties, be sure to reach out to a Cast Member in
Technical and Website Support. Before I let you go, don’t forget to download your photos before they expire. You have 45 days from the day they were taken to download them before they disappear like magic. Please come back and see us if you need anything else!
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
