How do I download all my photos?

    Hi there, Candace,

Thanks for sailing over to planDisney with your Disney Cruise Line question. Of course, all questions are important. But this one is particularly significant, as it has to do with making sure we preserve the many magical memories we make during our cruise.

For cruisers currently on board a Disney Cruise Line ship, photos can be viewed, purchased, and downloaded by connecting to the ship’s guest Wi-Fi and visiting the website available at the address displayed on the screens in the Shutters area of the ship. The onboard photos site will prompt for a passenger’s date of birth, name, and stateroom number to provide access to the right photos. The onboard site supports downloading up to one photo at a time, even for passengers who may have purchased an unlimited photo package.

Photos and photo packages may only be purchased before a cruise finishes disembarkation on the last day of the cruise. Be sure to make any last-minute cruise photo purchases while still using the onboard guest Wi-Fi before getting off the ship. After a cruise has concluded, any purchased photos or photo packages may be accessed from the Disney Cruise Line website by selecting “My Cruise Photos” under the “Already Booked” menu of the site. To download all of your photos at once from the post-cruise photos page, first select at least one photo. Then, select “Download All” to begin the full download.

Tony’s Tip: Your purchased Disney Cruise Line photos remain available to download from the post-cruise photos website for up to 45 days after the photos were taken. So be sure to set an alarm less than 45 days before your cruise embarkation day to finish downloading any remaining photos. You don’t want to miss the chance to download photos memorializing those first precious moments of your cruise, including those taken by Shutters photographers while still in the cruise departure terminal.

Thanks again for your question, Candace. You have reminded me to spend some time reminiscing over the photos from the photo package we purchased for our cruise aboard the Disney Magic last year. The photos that make me smile the most are of when we were with Goofy and Minnie Mouse on Pirate Night and of our visit to Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. Those are great memories for us. I’m sure you will enjoy your wonderful memories too!

    “Sea” ya real soon, Candace!
