Hi Paul!
Thank you for bringing this great question to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds as if you are ready to download some happy memories from a recent Walt Disney World Resort visit!
As long as you have
Memory Maker, you have access to all of the digital copies of your
PhotoPass photos and videos. From a computer, log into
My Disney Experience and then click on My Photos. Once you click on My Photos, select one of your photos. Once selected, you should see link options at the top right that say Cancel or Download. Beneath those, you should see an option that says Select All Visible Media. If you select all media, you should be able to download all of your PhotoPass photos and videos. If you do not have Memory Maker, remember that you will need to purchase those photos and videos.
We have created scrapbooks with our photos and given them as presents to our girls' grandparents. Now that they are a little older, the girls love to look back through those scrapbooks and remember details about our earlier trips. Those photos are absolutely priceless, and I have never regretted purchasing Memory Maker, especially when traveling with extended family or friends!
Paul, I do hope you are able to get those photos downloaded. If you still have difficulty,
contact Website Support. The cast members there have been able to access my account and assist. If you discover that some photos are missing,
report those missing photos and someone from Disney's PhotoPass services may be able to locate them for you! They have been able to retrieve photos for us and link them to My Disney Experience account!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
